I have a LT1000 riding lawn mower and my rider wont crank over i have put a new starter, cylinoid and coil on the rider and still wont turn over i dont know what else to do.
This is not always the case but on Briggs and Stratton it may be time to check the valves for adjusting. Take off the cover and check for a gap of .005 . If the exaust valve is loose it will not allow the engine to relieve combustion to start. In other words the engine stays under load of compression and can't turn. In my shop I see this all the time . If all electrical checks out try this next
Poss dead battery. check for good solid ground. check the saftey interlock switches and relays for bad connections/corrosion good luck!!

i have checked the battery i am even using a jumper kit still wont work no corrosion at all and i have checked the wiring i see nothing wrong with it.
I had the same problem with mine. I replaced the battery and still wouldn't start. On a hunch, I installed a gas cut off valve because I smelled gas while trying to turn it over. After I installed the valve, problem solved. As long as I shut the gas off after using the tractor, it starts right up. If I don't, it locks up. Some kind of vapor lock. You don't have to shut it off while you're using it, (I turn it on and off several times during the day without an issue) just when you put it away for the day. Good luck. Hope this helps.
