Motorola RAZR V3 with green screen

replaced the flexcable on the phone to have it fix

this problem has probably occured due to the phone being knocked. i used to have a motorola l7 slvr and it did exactly the same, i found that if you hit the back of the phone fairly hard the screen would come back on. im not sure if it is the same for the razr but hey its worth a try. ti be honest i think motorola are terrible mobile phone manufacturers but great 2way radio manufacturers

you need to change the LCD so take it to a mobile service center and have them replace the lcd for you.

this is a very simple problem to fix just take it to a mobile service center and have them correct the issue for you.

try the new battery, but be sure it the right battery and fully charge V6.0 or higher. if no change, than you may have damage on the inside from the liquid discharged (short)

You can take the phone to a repair shop in your area. They will give you an estimate, and depending on the extent of the damage, it shouldn't cost much at all.

bring it to a technician, and let him know what the new battery and charger did to your normally fine phone. They should be responsible for repairing your phone. No easy fix as described above. Let me know how it works.

When you are looking at the RAZR, push the button on the right hand side. This should light up your outside screen to see the time when the screen is dark. Have you tried this?

Ok so when I close my phone I still see the time and my background picture but no light immanates (hope I spelled that right)from the screen if thats what your saying that's normal. Now as far as the inside screen if you dropped it the connection that lets the phone know it's closed may be jarred lose and offset (not sayin u dropped it)although you say it dims. When you close your phone the inside screen should turn white and then turn off just barely have your phone open to check, if it does this then the connection is working. And you need another opinion.
