Hi
Thanks
for using FixYa. Locate your CD player’s manual Eject button. It is
usually a small hole located underneath the CD drawer.
Use a
stiff wire, a paper clip or safety pin—into the hole. Push gently and the
drawer should open partway. Gently pull the drawer the rest of the way open.
Remove
the CD and see if there is a problem with it. Most CD player drawers get stuck
when a CD is warped or the label is starting to peel. If the CD is warped,
discard it. If the label is peeling, remove the label.
To open
the CD player top to remove the cd/CD manually--
Points
to remember while performing above steps---
Before you remove the CD player cover,
try turning the device off and then back on to see if the disc will come out
after the machine has rebooted.
Use the opportunity while you have the
outer casing off to clean the lens of your CD player.
Never work on an electrical device
that's still plugged in.
Opening a CD player may negate the
warranty. Read your warranty carefully before you proceed.
Please do
rate the solution and revert for further assistance.
Thanks
