I have a 96 dodge 1500 4x4 with the 5.9. when you turn on the heaterAC there is a loud humming noise that comes out of it kinda like the bearings in the blower motor are bad but its brand new. Any suggestions?

MUST OF THE TIME THERE ARE LEAVES OR OTHER THINGS STUCK INSIDE BLOWER MOTOR WHEEL AND CAUSE THE HUMMING NOISE, BUT IF YOU HAVE ELECTRIC MODE,BLEND DOOR MOTORS POSSIBLE MOTOR ACTUATOR IS GETTING BAD

Bad idler pulley (belt), bad alternator bearings, water pump..pretty much anything driven by the belt would be primary suspect. If all that checks out bad engine bearings are also a possibility. As well.
humming noise usually comes from wheel bearings. did you change that with a new bearing? also choppy or worn tires can cause humming noise that sounds like bad wheel bearings. rotate your tires and see if the noise changes. if so its tires. also even if it sounds like its from the right it could very well be a bad bearing in another location.
Even though the bearings feel tight doesn't mean that they wont make noise. I had replaced many bearings that were tight but were also dry. If you can try to find out what side it is and then replace that bearing.
You have a hub/wheel bearing going out. You need to jack up the vehicle on each side. Grab the top and bottom of the wheel and try to move it in/out at the top and bottom. If this does not work then roll the wheel as fast as you can and see if you can hear which one it is. Good Luck.
lift the car up and check the wheel bearings by turning the wheels manually. Listen for any clicking noises. Move the wheel back and forth pulling it toward you. There is not supposed to be any movement or noise on the wheel if the bearings are good. if you do see any movement or hear any noises , replace the wheel bearings
