Remove all 3 filters, half moon filters below door, filter in door and heat exchanger from front of appliance and rinse under warm water dry and refit.

If the bag is not full, filter is not plugged, bag area is sealed tightly, then likely something is caught inside and plugging the hose or the intake tubing.
have you done a clean ,hoover have this built in you need to do every so often the filter could be clogged do a clean don't put anything in when your doing this ,how old is it
Sounds like power isn't the problem if the wheels keep spinning. Traction is the problem. You say pushing snow, that leads me to think you have a plow on it not a blower. I think this machine is too light for plowing, unless its light fluffy stuff. It would do better with a snow blower. Hope this helps.
It doesnt have one, try the following- use high quality detergent- like tide. Do a full wash with nothing in it every now and then, separate lights and darks and towels/fluffy stuff from synthetics, use a less rigorous wash- like wool or permanent press. If none of that works, ring up the manufacturer and complain

ALTHOUGH MOST FILTERS SAY WASHABLE THEY DO STILL NEED TO BE REPLACE AS WASHING THEM SHRINKS THE FILTER AND EVENTUALLY CLOSES THE AIRWAYS. WHICH ALSO IF NOT REPLACE WILL OVER HEAT MOTOR IN MACHINE AND CAUSE MOTOR FAILURE.
