After two years, my Euro-Pro Shark Steam Mop, Model S3101, no longer ejects steam. I have used tap water. I think the line is clogged with mineral deposits. The light is on when plugged in, and the unit heats up. I even put in vinegar for about an hour to break up the calcium deposits, but it did not correct the problem. How do I fix it, or, where can I take it locally to be fixed (Orange County, CA)?
