Suggests that motor not not tuning heavy loads due to worn belt or motor.. you could check if Carbon Brushes are worn if they are fitted some motors dont use them..good luck

A number of things could be wrong but the first thing to check if it pumps out all the water before it starts spinning. If possible, lay the drain hose down, wait until no more water comes out, then put it in spin. If it spins full speed then check if something is inside the pump.
You need to replace the door lock mechansim. Fairly easy to do yourself, just pull the spring strap off the rubber door gasket and remove 2 screws holding door lock. Install new door lock and re-install door gasket and spring strap, and WALLA! she works:)
i have a atf6000fs1...I washed a load and i thought it was done but items were still wet. So i turned on the spin cycle and it flashed err and turned itself off. It wont run. Any suggestions???
When a front load washer is not spinning properly (it is very, very hard to overload a properly operating front load washing machine) you have a problem that can not be solved easily. Besides making sure the washer is level and stable (no rocking on its feet), changing the controls on the front or making other adjustments will not fix it.
It will require a service technician to take a close look at it, open up the washer and possibly even listening to the machine as it washes, drains and (attempts to) spin.

Sounds like the dispenser is leaking somehow, there is no filter that would cause it to leak. Remove lid of washer by screws on back lip and inspect during fill to see where leak is.
This sounds like a motor control board is faulty. Please load a couple of towels in the machine run it. Watch the machine as it goes through its' cycles.
1. Do the towels tumble when the machine is washing ?
2. When it begins to spin, does it spin one way at a fast pace or does it spin one way and then the other ?
Answering these two questions will help in troubleshooting your problem.
