Open the back cover and slightly pust teh memory card in the slot , this is will pop it out of place. and then you can remove it.
1>Open the back cover then remove the memory card.
2>Then take the memory card as well as the back cover

the problem might be with the slot of memory card, if the same memory cards are working in another phones than consult with nokia care, they will be able to sort out the issue for u.

just remove your MMC n just type *#7370# n will ask u the security code.type it out (default code is 12345 )
NOTE: battery must b full, else if format is disrupted by low batt, consequences will b disastrous
I heard the code *#7780# works too, pretty much the same i think.
