I am looking replacement parts for my Delta Luv Jenny Lind crib - lower plastic guide (4 x G) (the side of the crib does not lock in place for safety AND Steel peg (4 X M) that attaches to the stabilizer (the metal piece that locks into the crib has broken off. I have also called a 2 phone #'s I found on paperwork from when crib was purchased (one # was disconnected and other # was a fax to who knows where). Any assistane offered is greatly appreciated. I went to the website www.deltaenterprise.com. You will have to have the country of origin, model number and the date of manufacturer or you can not get the parts. The phone number is 800-816-5304. I do not have fast you will get the parts. I called and did not have the country of origin so I will have to wait.
You can still order replacement parts for "discontinued" cribs IF they have them in stock. I just ordered part "S" for a crib dated 12/18/2000 using the customer service number given above.

I called 800-377-3777 and the operator informed me that cribs that were manufactured 8+ yrs ago (1999) cannot get replacement parts. I was disappointed since this was not a crib used daily. It was occasionally used for my 5 grandchildren when they visited. The crib is in perfect condition with absolutely no wear on it. I have the same problem with my Millenium style Luv crib. It was manufactured in 1999 and I just ordered parts one to two years ago! I had two of these, with twins, and only needed parts for one of them at the time. They didn't give me any indication that this was an issue when I ordered last time. It is very disappointing. Were you able to get parts made for this??

I have a luv Delta crib in very good condition. It is Model Florentine #93-4540-1. I need a rail guide which got lost when they opened the crib and a crib lock. Will be very grateful if I get a solution.
