Neptune MAH5500 Neptune has progressively gotten louder on spin. Very loud noise sound like bearing going. Continues to get worse. Can it be fixed or too expensive to justify?

If you get a very loud noise coming from the machine, and this noise is louder when it spins faster, then it is often because of a problem with the drum bearing.

The drum bearing is bad, Check if the drum has excessive play.

To replace the part you take apart machine, undo the belt and depending on the model you may need to remove more parts.
