I was unable to find the manufacturer's website. They will usually provide you a free PDF copy. As an alternative, I did find a site that you can purchase a copy.
I have emailed Juki to see if they may still have a copy of the instruction manual that they can email to me. If they do I will gladly put it on the web and give you a link to the page. You will recieve an email when I get to come back to this thread.
Don't fall for those rip-off sites that try to sell you manuals, when the legit company's customer service will send you the proper pdf for free. Martin Lloyd above is totally wrong in saying "it's not .. free".
I just got my jem lite manual from their friendly & responsive customer service today: custrel [at] janome-america.com. (replace the [at] with the proper symbol.)
