Here is a link to all your motherboard drivers. Perhaps you need an updated driver for your sound card.

In the search box put: MX46 U2-CN and it will open a page with your drivers.

Hope this helps.

My sound driver is installed, but i cant hear the sound ,,would yoou pls send me the giagram and the positition of sound ic in the board -K8mm-V

Hi.

Before you go to the motherboard on which maintenance possibilities to the on-motherboard sound card is very limited.

Start>Control Panel>Sounds and Audio Devices>Audio

Click the drop down menu and see if there is more than 1 device capable of taking control of the audio function. If more than 1, select the correct default Audio Output Device>Apply>ok>restart pc.

Then test sound again by playing music in Sample Music.

If no solution emerges and there is a hardware fault (unlikely) to the motherboard soundcard, then buy and install a cheap internal PCI soundcard to bypass the on-board sound card, install it, the drivers and then restart the pc.

Hope this helps.

There are basically 3 types of sound card in your system
1.audio (sound)card in *********** board
2.internal
3.external sound cards.
mother board sound card can't be removed.
However u can install internal and external audio cards and dissable motherboard sound.External card connect via USB.

WHEN I PLAY MUSIC NO SOUND

I believe most motherboards need those RealTek or AC drivers of some sort before they will play sound. Did you install software that came with the motherboard or PC that involve sound drivers?

Also, go in to Control Panel, System, Device Manager, and Click the + next to "Sound, video and game controllers". Is there anything listed under there? If not, or if there is a red X, you need to install the internal sound card drivers off a CD or find them online at the manufacturer's website, making sure you download and install the ones for your model motherboard.

My PC has a AOpen motherboard MX46-533GN and just recently, I have lost my Sound driver and now there is no sound. I reloaded the driver from the CD provided with the PC and hasn't solved the problem. When...

Thats the base properties of the board, in the report does it show as an Intel Pentium 4 with AOpen MX46-533GN that's the board name, if it does then your audio is realtek AC'97 go here http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/...tDown=false#AC

Mx45 u2-cn motherboard

Your not getting any video at boot up? I would be looking at your video card first. Remove & reinstall. Than try again to enter bios. Still no? Reset the bios on the motherboard. You'll have to remove the battery & check it for 3volt. Replace, got video enough to enter bios? Disconnect all non needed items. Like diconnect CD/DVD rom drives power cable & data cable. Got two Hard drives. Connect only one. Two banks of dimms. Use only one. 1PS2 mouse & keyboard. Try boot up again. Listen for post beep. (1 beep). Any other beeps, count how many and if long or short. Let me know. Lastly did you apply thermal grease between the cpu & heatsink?. The idea here is to get down to basic needs only. If it were your cpu it wouldn't even power up. Than again every board is a bit differant. Give this all a try & poat back. Good luck!
