I lost my installation cd for edimax br 6214k. where can i download or get a new one?

If you do not know the password, you need to reset it to the factory settings and set up a new one. See Manual

Press the reset button at the back of the router and
hold for 20 seconds to clear all settings.

Check the connection type is not "Connect on Demand".
Check the Idle Time Out setting is not used.

This specifies the amount of time the router waits before shutting down an idle connection. This option is only available when "Connect on Demand" is selected. See the manual

There isn't a driver for this router.. but there is a firmware update located http://www.edimax.us/download/firmware/BR-6541k_1.47.bin
