Make sure that you are installing a fresh/ full charge battery
Here are the steps:
1. Make sure you will install a new or fully charged battery/batteries into your camera.
2. Clean the battery contacts.
a. Remove the battery/batteries and the memory card from your camera, then wipe the battery contacts with a soft, clean cloth.
b. Reinstall the battery/batteries into your camera
3. Without the memory card, turn on your camera.
4. Pls test with an alt. batt.
If you do not have access to a dif. battery.
Pls. take the batt out of the camera. Insert the charger into the unit from the main socket and turn the camera on. If the camera works you will need to replace the batt. If not you will need to order a No power repair w.4 months and no cust damage it is covered under the warranty.

Old Pride Rally won't charge or run

The batteries may be too old to take a charge. They are gell cell types and can be had at any battery shop. You can get them on line too, but shipping will be high.

My old 611 dosent hold the battery charge for long even though I have put in a new battery

An in car charger will not charge as well as the mains, when charging for the first time you should use the mains, and charge for at least 8 hours. If it didn't charge correctly, it will be the same low charge all the time, as the battery has a memory that makes it charge the same each time. Try charging from the mains, you might be lucky.

3 month old new phone. samsung tocco lite. battery problem

1) faulty battery - you'd need to get a replacement from the manufacturer (should be free if still under warranty)
2) when you initially charged the battery after purchasing, if you used it at all before it was completely charged it won't hold a charge.
3) if you live or travel in mountain area, phones lose battery power quicker due to an increase in elevation and distance from nearest tower.
4) if phone has been exposed to moisture or direct sunlight for an extended amount of time, it can damage the phone's ability to hold a charge.

honestly, your best bet is to replace the battery & allow it to charge for 24 hours in "off mode". if the problem persists, then send it in to be repaired.

Does not run when I push the pedal, it is brand new and has run once for 2 hours on an 18 hour charge, called PP and they told me to move the red pedal wire to the blue location (bypass) nothing happened....

OMG! The exact same situation here! Bought through Amazon, no warranty. I am so bummed. It was rode 5 times by a five year old on flat ground. Now it is a brand new, non operational, made in China piece of $500- junk! I am furious!!!When you press on pedal, nothing happens, fully charged battery, etc. Volt meter even confirmed fully charged battery. What ever happened in your situation? I am so hesitant to buy other parts, or send it here, to put more money into an overpriced piece of ****. Way to ruin Christmas!
