I'm a bit confused about what you are trying to do? DVD recorders don't tune in to TV's anymore. They output the signal to the TV via a connector such as HDMI. To record the recorder will need an aerial feed etc, which can be split using a splitter between what feeds the TV and Recorder.
You must connect a digital TV box between your arial and your Liteon, so the arial cable goes into the digital box, and use a SCART cable from the digital box to the Liteon. Then record using the SCART input on the Liteon. Another SCART cable can be connected from the Liteon to your TV, so you can view what you have recorded.

There is no ,LiteOn authorised repair centre in India. You can get in touch with a local repair technician for the same . Alternatively you send Liteon support people an email. If you lost the software, you can try contacting LiteOn for a replacement, but you'll probably have to go to your local tech store and buy more software. I recommend Nero or Easy CD/DVD Creator, or get the opinion of someone that works there. Make sure you do NOT open it until you get home and check online that it has the features you need, as you will be unable to return it if you open it.
you need to down load the software from liteon it has the right drivers, did the unit not come with a program disk if not the web site address will be on the warrenty info. its one i will have to look up myself.
