check which wireless lan is in your computer by using device manager in control panel - system - device manager, then go to dell.com support, enter your serial number or service tag number from label underneath and look for updated driver for your specific wireless lan

can you connect using wireless? if so you need to go to the dell site and download the latest drivers for your ethernet card, you can also go to control panel>system>device manager, and see if the drivers are installed

Download "driver max" it will automatically find drivers for you and sort all your driver problems, best of all its free.

Have you run the Dell Diagnostics test? reboot the computer and hit the F12 key, scroll down to the diagnostic option and run the test, it will check hardware and memory etc.

Here try this. You are right very hard to find your driver you are not the only one. Finding a lot on google with people having problem.
