I just brought a 2 GB laser mini MP3 player. I have loaded songs onto the system but whenever I play the songs they play for 10 seconds and then it will skip to the next song, it will never play the full song. I dont know how to stop it from skipping to the next song after 10 seconds??

WAHA i've fixed it it was on repeat intro which means it plays the first quarter of he song so pretty much try to look at the repeat button and see if it is on that.....

I have an mp4 that doesn't have the replay STOP button it only has -Repeat-Intro and nothing else how can i stop it? i tried to format but nothing

There are indeed other options under "Repeat". Once you select the "Repeat" option and you see the word "Intro" displayed, try using the "Rewind" or left arrow button. It should take you to the rest of the "Repeat" options. Selecting "Normal" will allow the whole song to play.
