F2 and F3 Errors just started on my GE Electric Range

Last night my GE Electric Range just started beeping at 2 in the morning. I went down to check it and it was flashing F2. Hitting any button turns off the F2 warning, but it starts up again in 20 minutes. I tried turning on the oven and the F3 code flashes. I cooked in it last night with no problems, but now it doesn't work? Any suggestion on fixing?
Thanks,

Jesse

I unplugged it and the F2 issue is gone, but the F3 continues when I try to heat the oven.

I had to clean the contacts in the control panel to fix my same problem.

Try to unplug the oven for about 10 minutes. It might reset itself.

I have a GE Energuide electric oven model GRCR3960ZBB 30" width 453kwh/year.It has started showing flashing light "F2" with some beeping.

Question edited for clarity. You range is a GE. Energuide is just a label to tell you that it is designed with money saving in mind.
Question moved from Cars and Trucks.

F2 is and temperature regulation issue.

If you have a GE oven, the error code F2 on the oven means that the temperature sensor has detected a temperature in excess of the preset threshold. The cause could be a sensor malfunction. However, that's unlikely because there are several GE oven error codes, and a bad sensor should trigger an F3 error code, not F2. Nevertheless, you should test the sensor anyway. If it checks out, you're probably going to have to replace the control panel because it's likely fried.

Control screen flashes F2 and F3; now oven element won't heat.

All F3-E Codes - Oven Temperature Sensor (RTD) or Warming Drawer Defect - Replace oven temperature sensor (RTD).

Fault code F3, then F2

Well here's the details about those codes:
F2 :-
1. The oven temp has risen above 665F and the door is not locked or
2. The temp has risen above 965F with the door locked 1. Check oven temp in mode that failure occurred. Replace EOC (Electronic Oven Control) if above limits

F3:-
Oven temperature sensor is open (above 3000 ohms) Check resistance of oven temperature sensor, check for open wiring between oven temperature sensor
