You would need to send the projector back to Dell for service with replacing any parts other than the bulb.

It leads to a little flash tool that allows you to use sliders to adjust throwing distance and then tells you how much light you can expect the wall. It also gives you a ton of other useful information about the projector.
Your lamp has failed
Make sure you have the manual..If not , go to Dell website and download one
Then check the web for YOUR lamp model before going to Dell for it
