I had the exact same problem, and found the answer on the Chaney Instrument FAQ page. There's no real solution, but here is the explanation:
Q: My wireless weather station periodically beeps, why?
A: Make sure that any alert and/or alarm features are deactivated first. Constant, sporadic beeping is generally due to the unit’s ability to detect a foreign radio frequency of another wireless unit when that unit transmits a signal. Wireless devices that may cause beeping but are not limited to these devices are; scanners; computers w/wireless keyboard/mouse; or other wireless weather instruments. Essentially, any wireless devices transmitting on a radio frequency have the potential to interfere with each other. Limit the amount of wireless devices to lesson the chance of interference. When beeping occurs, one device will need to be deactivated.

There is no way to turn off beeping, d/s designers forgot. I had the same problem, another external temp gauge showed up on the other channel, so my neighbor or someone is using the similar unit. MY SOLUTION: opened back of case and cut black wire to piezo speaker (at base if rear cover opposite side of stand-up prop) that creates beep. Don't use any sound features, ALL good now.

I live in Arizona. Which city should I use to set my global atomic watch to sync.

Atomic clocks have antennas that are directional and reception may be improved by turning the antenna to increase signal strength. Place the radio controlled clock along a wall or near a window that faces towards Fort Collins. Locate atomic wall clocks at least 4-8 feet away from computer monitors.

My casio 3054 Waveceptor atomic watch isn't adjusting to atomic time even thought I placed it by a west window at night.

It's depends on where you are. For instance, where there is no time signal radio station, your (radio-controlled) watch can't turn itself (adjusted to atomic time).

G-Shock Atomic Solar watch - ERR in atomic time keeping

The watch will set itself at specific time set times, this is likely to be at 0200 0400 and 0600.
You will however be required to set the time zone, the switch is likely to be on the back.

I live in Eastern Time Zone. My atomic clock shows map of USA in top right hand corner and it is set in Western Time Zone. How do I reset to Eastern Time Zone? I have had atomic clock for several years. I...

The "mode" button is there to change the function of the + & - buttons.

If you press the mode button several times you will cycle through the various setting features of the clock.

Look for the one that sets the time zone and use the + or - buttons to select your zone.

Some experimentation may be required!
