Re-BOOT is NOT the same as 'reset to factory.' You want to 'reset to factory settings.' ReBOOT means simply the same as turning it off and back on.
To clear the memory (reboot) the RICOH AFICIO you will have to send it to the factory where they will wipe the memory and restore the machine to its defaults.
