I just installed a Wolf gas cooktop and had the same problem in that all 4 burners would light just fine but the electronic igniters would not stop clicking on all four. What I found was that the electrical outlet that my gas cooktop was plugged into had the polarity reversed. I tested the outlet with a polarity testing module (you can get one at Home Depot and it checks polarity, grounding, GFI and is handy to have around, small and inexpensive). I plugged it in and the lights told me that the polarity was reversed. I reversed the wires in the outlet (exchanged the white and black wires) put the cover back on, plugged in the cook top and now it works like a champ! no more constant clicking. By the way, we had a cooktop before this one with electronic ignition and never had a problem, apparently it didn't care about the polarity.

Hi,
Here is a tip that I wrote to help people troubleshoot problems with their cooktops not igniting.

My new Wolf R304 burners click on high when there is a pan on the burner, but not if there is no pan. Local repair tech and Wolf techs have not been able to resolve the issue or duplicate it in the stove they took back. Local gas company technician told us the clicking is an issue in automatic relighting burners and that Wolf is the best of the lot. He also explained that there is no longer an adjustment of air feed for the burners to tweak the air flow of the burner while on high, and the heat sensor isn't staying hot enough for the ignition to know that the burners are lit. After observing the pattern of the flame while on high I have been able to resolve the clicking by making sure that the slot leading to the outer ring is NOT located near the white heat sensor.
BTW, the polarity of our outlet is correct, as checked by my Electrical Engineer Electrician.

Interesting, I'm looking for a solution to a similar issue. Our new (7 month old) 30'' Wolf Range has this issue. When both front burners are light, the back burner's electronic starter begins to click, but only when you put a pan on the front left burner. I believe the iron/steel in the pan is causing a magnetic field thats starting the rear burner to go off.. just don't know.. will report back after the repair person comes.
