Can anyone help me, no matter what pic size setting I have my tv on it cuts off part of the picture, for example I wqas tryint to watch a football gane earlier today and the top scoreboard was not all visible,it does not cut off any of the sides just, top or bottom
This is like the conversion Ic's that is for projection tv's, but different for an lcd or plasma tv , it will need to go to the shop where they can order the board to correct this problem. these boards are not available to the public. you can try to replace any components on the video processing board that are bad , like electrolitic caps , surface mount resistors , diodes , but if it is a surface mount chip then you will need the whole board , because thats the only way to get it

When watching a non-hd channel, try changing the input to ant/cable. this will shift the picture to the full screen. you'll just need to adjust the pic size to fit the new screen. you will need to switch back to hdmi when watching hd channel. this may seem like a lot of work, but it's the only solution i've found.
The source has to be set to16 x 9 output also the tv may need to know that it is receiving 16 x 9 input or 3x4 input hope this helps

Non HD channels picture appears zoomed so that it's too big for the screen. HD channels OK. Pic size settings change shape and format, but still don't get all of picture onto screen.
Same exact problem. Image on TV is cut off on the top or bottom (or both) of the screen, looks like it's zoomed in. Tried to reset to factory settings but nothing works.
