If the fan of processor is loose possible that the mother cant display?

several possible problems just do process of elimination possible failing processor or power supply or memory failure good luck

It seem that changing the mother board was needed to confirm as there seems to be a problem related to non communication of the mother board with the CPU, RAM and sections.
Swap and confirm.

1. Possible bad video card ( on the mother board)
2. Loose video cable (internal)
3. Possible bad hard drive possibly needs replacement.

Its a minor problem. loose the system, remove the memory clean it and put it on again. If it's not still working, Check the power pack wire, if it is well connected to the mother board and also remove, clean and put back the processor if possible.

Then check the wire that connected the system to the monitor if it is well connected and also check the VGA from the inside of the system.

I with all these the system should bring a display.

Check whether the mother board support that processor. Check whether the processor is changed correctly.

have u check ur memory?... ur videocard and powersupply...thats the main problem of pc if it has no display....just try it one by one...hope it can help u

sorry but i dont know where are we going to put another fan in your cabinet......

1) You need to change your memory, the may be bad, and it will not display anything on your screen.
2) Make sure that your processor fan is well connected
