You stand the chance to doing a couple of things... First your thinning the oil and stand a chance of frying all the bearings inside the motor, then with the bearings hot enough depending on how much gas is in your crankcase you might have a fire or an explosion of the motor. Why take a chance? get the carb fixed, and change the oil. Replace clutch!
1- Is it in neutral? 2- check is the clutch leaver in the clutch housing cover is not stuck.
When in neutral start the engine, let it run until it is a bit warm ( check the gage ). Then the gearbox oil should become a bit warm too. This will make the clutch plates expand a bit and pop loose.
I have same ride same problem put your ear down by the cluch lever and you will hear a click when you let the cluch out the same time the radio quits if you take the switch off and hold it closed the radio will work all the time
there is clutch oil witch goes on the right side and then motor oil witch goes on the left side.. you should run honda oils in that bike hp4 for motor side and honda clutch oil for the clutch its in a tall red bottel..
about the levels, on the motor side(left) use the sight glass and put it half way. on the clutch side use the small screw thats on the clutch cover for a drain fill it till it starts to come out..but the easiest way to do this is to go by the service manuel specs.. you can call your local dealership to get them also
Initially, check for the presence or absence of spark at the plug(s). If none, check if there is a +12 on one terminal of the ignition coil and a pulsating ACV on the other. Additionally, verify that the neutral light is lit. Try starting with the clutch lever pulled in and/or the side stand folded up.
