Press MENU/SELECT to bring up the menu. Select "Ans. Setup". Select "Ring Time".

I had this exact same problem. I had to reset all three handsets. Select menu, system reset, replacing base, then follow directions. This worked for one unit but the other ones I had to buy new batteries eventhough they showed fully charged. Good Luck

check to see if there is a ring volume button on the rear or side of the base of the phone console.
Check the handset and look for volume as a call comes in press the volume up button to see if it increases.

I had the exact problem and all I had to do to get mine working again was unplug it, wait 15 minutes, and plug it back in. It has been working fine since.
