If there are two bottons on the side of your phone next to eachother, you can press the one on the top (volume up), and that should make it louder.

If you have already adjusted the volume of your cellphone, then the problem is in the earpiece. If the phone dropped accidentally the earpiece loosens its contact and you need to open the phone to adjust the contacts. If the phone was not dropped, the earpiece is busted and needs replacements.

Whilst on a call in bluetooth mode change the volume. It needs to be for each different "speaker" you use

the phone's Microphone or Microphone IC is faulty. replace the Mic its under this place. or even just clean it maybe some dust would defect it.

Seems your ear speaker has a problem. It need to be changed.

The speaker needs to be replaced.
Go to a cellphone repair agent in your area.

If u want to increase the volume then press nvigationkey towards right or u can press the button which locates on the left handside of ur mobile
