Side fan on the NZXT Apollo does not spin or light up, a wire that is coming from the side fan is loose but i do not know where to put it back in.

Depending on which motherboard you have installed there should be a 3-pin or 4-pin fan header connection.

Check the motherboard's documentation, there should be a diagram showing position of the connections- they will be labelled SYS_Fan or PWR_Fan.

Most fan headers possess a foolproof insertion design. When connecting a fan cable be sure to connect it in the correct orientation (the black connector wire is the ground wire)

Hope this helps you. Thanks for using FixYa

How do u install the CD/DVD drives? it comes with the drive rails but when u put one on both sides, the drive cannot fit and even if u put it on one side, it get jammed on something.

cd and dvd drives usually can slide right in and just held by the screws that it comes with. you might check the front panel is getting in the way.

Gigabyte motherboard +Nzxt Apollo = ?

Yes! You'r motherboard's form factor is Micro ATX, and the chassis you are looking at is a Mid ATX, meaning it could take one size larger motherboard, but there is nothing wrong with putting a smaller one in it.
