To use Auto Answer and Auto End on the BlackBerry smartphone, complete the following steps:
1) On the Handheld press Call button.
2) Press the Menu key.
3) Select Options.
4) Select General option.
5) Select Auto answer calls to, Out of holster.
6) Select Auto end calls to, Into holster.
When a BlackBerry smartphone user takes the BlackBerry smartphone out of a holster, incoming calls will automatically be answered.
When a BlackBerry smartphone user puts the BlackBerry smartphone into a holster, ongoing calls will automatically be ended.
