Print spooler unable to connect to printer,cable being connected to VPN which blocks access to local network
Print internal configuration page and check for IP address in printed sheet and try to compare with the driver information
Check for LED at network card if it’s on
Try to send ping command to IP address to verify connection and if reply is confirm
Uninstall driver and reload and try to search the printer with IP or hardware address while loading driver
If still any problem it could be network card have problem need to be replaced
