I guess you mean the webcam. Just check the device manager to see of the drivers are installed. If they are not, install them. If they are report back and i will try to get further help on the matter.
Your CD drive unable to read the CD inserted in the drive.So please checkout the lense or check the data cable which connected to cd drive is working properly or any fault is there.
Then it is the wrong driver software, check the camera type is correct. If necessary download a new driver from the asus or the manufacturers website for the camera.
Do not connect the camera to the computer. Buy a small card reader and use it instead. It will download the photos many times faster than the camera can.
