Have you looked in the owners manual? In the index in the back it should say "fuses or fuse location" it will tell you where to find the location and have a list of what each fuse controls.

There are four fuses that can affect the cruise control. In the underhood fuse panel, fuses #12 & 22, and in the rear fuse panel, fuses #34 & 39.
There are other things that can stop the CC from working, stuck brake light switch, bad vehicle speed sensor, certain fault codes set by the computer, to name a few.

Not sure if this is going to help you because what I can see is that the two fuses you are looking for control alot more then just the two things you are wanting to check. The instrument cluster is in the number 21 position and is a 15 amp fuse but it also controls many other things such as the interior (courtesy) lamps, park brake release relays, park brake release motor and a couple of other things. the number 6 position is a 15 amp fuse controls your backlighting feed but also controls such things as parklamps, floor console gear select lighting and a few more. in any case those are the two fuses you asked for and here is a diagram if you need it as well. Without a diagram, you will need to either trace each wire, or turn everything on and pull each fuse one at a time and note what goes off.

There should be a fuse specifically for the cruise. Look in the owners manual to find out where your fuse box is located, then there will be a diagram of the layout of the fuses. Check the fuse that coresponds with your cruise control.

I was trained at a tracker dealership and that is one of their faults. The best way to find the fuse for the bilge pump is to look on the back of the bilge switch and trace a wire to the fuse panel. Most of the time they are color coordinated so you can match fairly easy without trying to manually probe for the wire.
