My steamer does not steam. Do you have a special de-clogger? Or what can we do. My steamer is less than a year old.

I purchased a Euro-Pro Steamer Mop 9 months ago and the Mop had just quit steaming. The green light is on and it makes a steaming sound but it is not getting hot and does not shoot out any steam like it...

How do you use on carpet

There is an open rectangular glider that the steamer sits on. It does not come with all models. You can by it from Shark.

How much water should I put in Eureka model 300 steamer

Use 12 ounces of water.
It's best not to use extremely hard water in the Eureka steamer due to mineral deposits it may leave behind.
If you need cloths for your Eureka 300 or 310/311/313A see my listings on eBay by searching "eureka steamer."
This is a great floor cleaning machine. I have several for use on large areas of linoleum and sealed hardwood in our home.

Any chance i could get a copy of it emailed to me also.. i was lucky enough to find one on clearance but there was no manual, thanks!

I also bought one on clearance and I need an owners manual to download. also, i sent away for some attachments but they will not fit on the unit. They are the right shape but the hole that the nozzel fits into is supposed to be offset but on all of the attachments its in the middle. I am so confused...is there any help you could offer me?
