If this unit is no longer under warranty, carefully open up the back and reseat all of hte cables and connectors. The signal levels inside the set are extremely low and any poor connection to the panel can cause noise which can show up like this. Try reseating everything first. If that fails to resolve the problem, then one of the logic boards will need attention.

Same exact thing happened to my Bravia today. I massaged the bottom screen panel region and it went away. Try it.

There is a small ledge that surrounds the entire screen. On the lower corner from where the line seems to emanate is where I gently rub that ledge. It doesn't work all the time. I have now had this line for about a year. It is always there when I first turn on the TV but is usually gone with 15-20 minutes.
