My screen redrawing slow the movement of the windows that i open when i drag them with the mause and redrawing slow the minimize and restore of the windows screens.
I have no problems with the redrawing when i play games, but in windows explorer the problem exist.

if i am not mistaken, this is an older card and you will have a hard time finding current drivers, if the amd drivers don't work, you probably wont find one that will, sorry. :(
Hello faris_93, you must remove ATI old video driver from your computer, before installing latest driver, go to Start> Control Panel > Uninstall a program > ATI Video Driver Remove, Restart Computer, i found latest driver for your ATI RADEON 9550 video card fully compatible with Windows Vista, Xp. Click save driver to your computer, install the driver, don't forget to restart the computer. Here is the link.
Copy and paste link into your browser and press enter.
Please select Operating System, and model of Graphic Card.
After downloading the drivers, just run the setup program, and you will have installed the drivers (note it requires .net framework and a reboot after installation is complete)
go to sapphiretech .com. google it then drivers and support. you will see graphics cards with three dropdown menus select radeon,series 9550 card 9550 then you will go where the drivers are. finally select the os and download the driver.
