I recently receive my LG X120 with windows XP, everything working fine, i upgraded to windows 7 an now i can not get the wireless to work
Function + F6 will enable/disable your wifi/bluetooth
Yes this one works unlike Solution 1 Go to the Realtek site. www.realtek.com.tw. Put RTL8187SE in the search box. Download the driver for Win7 Driver Version 9108.
Unzip on your PC and run set up. It fixes it I had the same problem on my Lg x120
Also there are other win 7 drivers on www.lge.com/ca_en/support
Search for X120 and there are many other LG Win 7 drivers there. However the Wireless one shown there is the wrong one its actually the old XP driver hence the need to get it from the Realtek site
After several hours trying to solve the problem, I finally did it!!!
The best answer (#2) is unfinished because when you upgrade to W7 you erase the whole LG applications.
The first thing you have to do is re-install the OSD LG application (See in Spanish: http://www.lge.com/es/support/product/support-product-profile.jsp?customerModelCode=X120-L.C7LAAB&matchedModelCode=&searchEngineModelCode=X120-L.C7LAAB&initialTab=documents&targetPage=support-product-profile#). Re-install the drivers as shown in Solucion #2 and then activate the wi-fi service by using the OSD LG Utility.
Hope you solve your problem.

On the lg netbooks there is a button next to the ctrl button. It is the FN button, hold FN and press F6 at the same time, this will turn on or off your wireless. This is what I had to do. ANd it turned my wireless card on and let me access my wi-fi to connect.
Friends you can get your office 2010 activated permanently from http://windowskeyudownload.blogspot.kr/2016/05/ms-office-2010-product-key-for-windows.html, spend a little money and you can get a genuine key.
Is there a button on your computer to enable/disable the wireless adapter?
Under "Network Connections", is the wireless adapter "present" and properly "installed" ?
Can you "View Available Networks"?
When you do, is the SSID, that you defined inside your router,
listed as one of the available networks?
When you click "connect" to your SSID, does it connect?
