Front drain plug

My Asko W6021 drain plug wil not open. It turns and is stuck in. The cycle of the machine was interrupted as it would not drain, I beleive if I can open this plug all will be fixed. I have drained the water out via the little drain hose in this area.

Kind thanks

I have similar problem I think, it works fine before it's time to drain, or we choose drain cycle. It starts clicking, sounds like its trying to use the pump but it cannot, we opened the front little window at the bottom of the machine, found few coins, but its still doesn't work. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I have similar issues with my Asko W660. Once it was a key stuck between the inlet to the pin trap and the trap itself. I got it out by jiggling and poking into the trap area with a narrow strip of plastic. Mostly, though, it just requires a stronger grip on the door to the pin trap--the little handle is slippery, and hard to get a good grip on. Try making a grip out of a piece of duct tape, or grabbing the handle with pliers.

I have gotten an F3, manually drained and tried to remove the pin trap knob/plug but could only get the 'outside' knob off...the interior knob doesn't seem to have any way to get a grip..and has white grease or lubricant of some kind on it..is this the bit that you are all saying to grab with some pliers? if yes , then is it just a pull out or does that one also have to unscrew. The manual does not say anything about two access plugs...i don't want to break something !!

Mine did the same thing, just grab it with a pliers and gently pull it out after you have un-twisted it.

You have a blockage in the pump
probable nail or screw
try removing the pump
that is taking it off machine and removing obstruction that way
normaly the front pump cover screws off anticlock wise

When I accidently push the start button when I mean to push the key button to open the door, the cycle will start again. Is there any way to stop it?

Push and hold down the start button again. The machine will stop. Turn to Spin (to drain the water that burped into the machine when you turned it on by accident). Hit start, let the drain and spin cycle complete. Hit the key button and you're all set.

Check that the cold water is turned on. The washing machine uses cold water to rinse, and if the cold water is not on, unit will end without completing cycle.

Open the hatch at the bottom left of the unit. If there is water still is machine, remove the drain hose and drain machine. Open the drain pump and check for foreign objects, make sure that the rotor spins freely and that there is nothing holding it. This will prevent the machine from working properly

Water doesn't drain

you could have a bad drain pump.
have you checked the hoses that come from the bottom of the tub to the drain pump for anything that might be stuck in there, also check the hose that comes off the drain pump to the wall and look for an obstruction.
