How we can clean airfilter because message is appearing regarding clean your air filter

Sounds like the air filter is very dirty. Clean if applicable and replace when dry or purchase a new one.

AS a general rule, PAPER air filters DO NOT get oil.
FOAM air filters DO get oil.

Special air filter oil is better than engine oil.

the filter will need to be cleaned and if the set still shuts down then I would suspect the fan may need to be cleaned and possibly replaced.

Hi there! 1st: Your PX125 vespa is a 2T engine, and has no valves on it. Can you be a bit more specific on what you mean as valves?
2nd: The air filter cleaning is a very easy operation to accomplish:
1: take out your engine cover 2: remove two screws to free carb top case 3: remove two screws holding the air filter. Notice these are the outside screws, leave the middle big screw like it is, because it controls the idle speed. 4: clean your airfilter with clean gasoline or specific carb cleaner liquid... gas works better for me ;) 5: backwards steps to put everything back together. Don't forget to inspect if the air filter has no holes and everything looks ok :)

Bad fuel, dirty fuel filter, dirty air filter, dirty injectors. I'm assuming there's no check engine light on. You should get upwards of 20mpg easy. try replacing the airfilter and fuel filter. I would get a K&N airfilter, i've had great luck with them. you should notice amore power and better fuel efficiency. Also, use an injector cleaning additive, like Lucas, and use synthetic engine oil. it cost more, but you'll change it less often and it's worth it. I'm a fan of valvoline. oh, and make sure your tires are inflated properly, that can make a noticeable difference

Yes, if your air cleaner is dirty it will cause the condition that you talked about...flooding.
You need to either replace or clean your airfilter.
The following is for the foam type air cleaner.
Normally if you clean your filter, you would wash the air filter in a cleaner such as kerosene or diesel fuel, dry it, add a little bit of oil to the outside of the sponge filter and squeeze it to distribute the oil around the filter.

Remove your airfilter and clean it and refix it. Due to deposit of dust the filter would have totally blocked the intake of fresh air resulting in short circulation and throwing back warm air instad of cold air.

Try the filter in the gas tank.
