The easiest way to do this with the least hassle is to take the files from your phone and put them on your memory card and then transfer then from the card to your computer hope this was helpful:)

I'm trying to copy my Notes from my phone memory to a memory card. On my Blackjack 1, I have a memory card installed, and I can see it on the phone, but i can't figure out how to copy the Notes files from the phone memory to the memory card. I've copy/pasted the Notes folder with File Explorer, but then there are no notes files in the Memory Card. Even stranger, I can't see the Notes files in file explorer in the phone memory.
    Thanks for your help.

Notepad files are 'hidden' status under Documents and Settings/Samsung folder (using activesync explorer........under options: make hidden files viewable and you'll able to see all your notepad files (you'll need a text editior software to read them).....hope this helps

My Samsung Blackjack II won't charge.

Return to the carrier for warranty repair.

If you are out of warranty there are some options you can choose from

1. Get repaired
2. New phone
3. external charging source

The external battery charger runs about 20 dollars on ebay with an extra battery.

Check out the following link to find more about these options

Samsung Blackjack II people can't hear talking on the phone

Hi jobare,

If you haven't already tried it, you may want to try a hard reset. (Warning: the hard reset process will erase all content and settings that you've added to or created on the phone.)

----------------------------

Hard Reset for BlackJack II:

1) Power off the BlackJack II
2) Hold the UP button on the directional pad
3) While holding the UP button, press and hold the Power button
4) When prompted, press the 1 (or 'E') key to continue
5) When prompted, press the 'Y' key to confirm

-----------------------------

If this doesn't resolve the audio issue it's probably microphone related and you'll probably want to research replacement options.

Hope this helps!
Thanks,
The MoDev Kid
