I have the tc 201 t and it has heating problems...it is either real slow or will not heat at all. I have changed the Pencil (with a friends)and it works so I assume the problem is with the pencil.

What can be replaced on the pencil to correct this problem?

I have a baby lock bl4 736d serger it runs real good for a bit then it heats up and slows down and gets real tight and stops. can you tell me why and how can I fix it?

Do you regularly clean and oil it, and use quality sewing machine oil? It sounds as though you might have sticky oil that needs cleaning out. If you know a friendly sewing machine repair person, see if they can clean it for you.
Try not to use it until this is resolved because you could be causing damage. Good luck!

Oven slow to heat. I had an appliance guy come and change the element, still slow. 1 hour to 300F. I can't find a service manual on this range.

This sounds like a problem with the oven thermostat. If a slow heating problem is reported the element can be the problem sometimes but generally it would be the thermostat which has complete control over the elements heating cycles. It sounds like you may need the thermostat replaced. I hope the the oven door seal it tight. This can cause problems if too much heat escapes through a faulty seal.

My heater will not stay lit. I changed tanks but it still goes out after a few minutes

Have you tried replacing the Thermocouple (TC)?
Here is a page I wrote on TC's:

One possibility is that the Thermo Couple is beginning to fail'
What is a Thermo Couple? (TC)
The Thermo Couple (TC) is a small Rod-shaped device with a couple wires coming out the bottom.
The TC actually generates a small electrical current from the heat of the Pilot.
This electrical current is sensed by the control board, or the Main Gas Valve.
As long as there is a pilot, it is safe for the Main gas valve to open, and admit the large amount of gas into the heating burner.

Now-- What helps this TC work the best?
It needs to be just at the edge of the pilot flame--- Not too much in the flame, or the resulting poor combustion of the pilot flame, results in soot forming on the TC-- which insulated the TC from sufficient heat.
Obviously the TC has to be clean (of soot) in order to receive enough heat, to generate the needed voltage to tell the valve that it is safe to open.
And age does deteriorate the TC-- some last a few years, but that is about the end of life for most.
Replacing requires getting down where the TC is, and with a screw driver (usually)-- loosening the bracket that holds the TC. Pay attention to where the wires are routed, and any polarity indicated on the old wires, and duplicate on the new one. Duplicate routing, and polarity, and position the new TC at the edge of the pilot flame.
Pilot flame is maintained by pushing some over ride button-- for a minute or two, until when you begin to release the button, you can feel that the voltage generated by the TC is now holding the pilot valve open, instead of your pressure on the 'start' button.

Gas heater won't turn on what could be the problem

Do you have a gas pilot, or an ingnitor- Gas pilots have Thermocouples-- here is a few thoughts on Thermocouples:

Pilot wont stay lit on portable propane wall heater

Have you tried changing the ThermoCouple? (TC)

The TC has to feel heat from the Pilot, to generate the electricity that the valve needs to both let the pilot stay lit, as well as to allow the main gas valve to open.

The TC has to get just enough heat-- not too close to get dirty from soot, and TC's do need to be replaced occasionally--
Let us know what you have done, and what clues you can give us now.

Printer starts printing real slow after around 20 prints

this problem will be fixed by changing the fuser. the thermistor has been comprimized. the reason the printer slows down is the regulation of the heat has slowed and the fuser is not heating fast enough to keep up with the demand. changing just thethermistor woulld fix it

WES 51 LED not flash to indicate ready

the iron has a temp probe inside the pencil, most likley the problem. also these have problems with the powersupply but usually it won't heat if its a power supply problem. best guess would be the sensor in the pencil

Fan motor in window ac/heat unit turns slow or not at all

Did you change the capacitor when you changed the fan? If you didn't you need to. And that capacitor is a dual one running the compressor and fan. So make a diagram of it what wires go where the area is real tight and some wires are the same color. You might make labels to be a little easier. Also get the same size capacitor when you change it.
