It's sound so noisy when I turn on my heater.
I think something is heating when the moter is on
Do I have to change my heater or can I repai?.

It sound like the blower wheel of the blower motor is rubbing the inside of the housing (the smoke). Sounds like the blower wheel rubbing may have burned the inner plastic housing or has come off of the motor shaft inside. Take the blower motor and wheel back out and inspect everything closely I think you will find the problem.
Sounds like fan & limit control
If temp on limit reaches max temp what happens gas valve deenergized,as MTR continues to run begins to lower temp. Thus reenergizing valve

You are correct, the "clicking" sounds you hear are the result of the metal expanding due to heat. You're probably hearing it more now probably because the thickness of the metal parts is thinner than that of those your old house's baseboard heaters. There is really not a whole lot you can do about the issue outside of replacing the units that bother you. Fortunately, these hears are pretty inexpensive to purchase and easy to install when used as a replacement for existing heaters. If unsure or uncomfortable doing the work, contact an electrician.
Bring a short heater's cover and compare the thickness of it to those you find for sale elsewhere. A thinker cover will be less noisy - but will make *some* noise when heating.
Thanks for your question, Changing the brushes might help, but more often since you said its really stiff, something in the motor over heated and it would probably benefit you more to change out the motor, the windings could be burned up, at least you will have the peace of mind that you know your motor wont lock up again. if it were me, I would replace over repair, hope this helps, please rate this and let us know what happens, thanks again, mr.grzz
It is time for a New Water Heater.....But there are a few steps you can take to "TROUBLE SHOOT" the situation. There is a Drain Valve at the Bottom of the Water Heater. You may have a build up of ....gunk...at the bottom of your water heater, if you have a floor drain in a basement or some way for the water to drain, than you can carefully loosen the drain at the bottom of the tank to FLUSH the tank.....The other option will still reqiure draining the tank and replacing the heating element.. My best Solution is to make sure the bottom of your Mobile home is Insulated Properly From the Wind and Elements. Even Bails of Hay stacked around your Foundation Can be VERY Effective.....MOSTLY THOUGH I THINK IF YOU DRAIN THE TANK AND REPLACE THE HEATING ELEMENT, your problem will be over, With proper Insulation under the Mobile. This has worked for me a few times..... Hope it helps.....Joe
it sounds like a bad thermostate, it culd be easier and cheaper to get a new heater. Check their website for replacement parts and be sure it's a job you think you can tackle.
Blower motor should not be keeping your heater from heating up. Something must be going on with your flame. Have you cleaned the heater recently? Is the igniter working? Is your burner ring in good condition? Maybe a sensor has gone bad? Trouble shooting at the rural energy website might be helpful.
THE BURNING SMELL IS NORMAL. BEFORE HEATING SEASON OPEN ALL DOORS AND TURN THE HEAT UP AND LET RUN TILL ALL DUST IS BURNT OFF.
IF BLOWER IS NOT COMMING ON NOW. THERE ARE 2 TIME DELAY RELAYS, AND ANOTHER RELAY FOR "FAN ONLY OPERATION". ALWAYS MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT THE PROBLEM BEFORE REPLACING AN EXPENSIVE MOTOR.
