Put your card and select touch screen embroidery mood then you can see the designs. Design should be loaded to the card through customizer and CF card size to 1GB or less.

sounds like there is something wrong with the feed dogs or the feed
dog lever could be broken,, they need to be checked

Does your embroiderer have a card slot on the side? I see on the manual for it that it does, but it does not indicate which model it is. Perhaps there is a way to use the cards from the machine in a card reader on your pc or your printer (some printers have this feature) to put the program on it.

Hi, check and make sure the design or designs on the card are not too big for the machine to embroidery. what siftware are you using to write designs to the card? If you have the hoop set to the wrong size you will not be able to read the card.

Multihoop and endless hoop features are not supported yet. If you have purchased a design that splitted to several parts, you need to place them in the proper order and from the proper position manually.

I had the same problem and after buying a new card, found out that you get that message if the pattern you are trying to transfer is too big. reduce the size of the pattern and see if that works

I called brother and I had set the hoop size to the wrong demension. I had it set for a 5X7 hoop and my machine uses a 4X4 hoop, It works fine now. Hope this helps you
