tried to hooked in other audio port of the pc let see if you can get sound there. if not, to isolate if the cause is with in the pc or at the powered pc speaker you can hooked your computer speaker in other device like tv. then if you can get sound output from the tv that was mean your pc has problem with the audio out. but if you can not get sound from the tv your pc speaker need for repair.
Make sure the speakers are hooked up properly and also that the sound card drivers are installed, you can verify this by going into the device manager. The main speaker wire has to be hooked up to the output of the computer sound card.
If the sound card drivers are installed and the speakers are hooked up properly and your still not getting sound, try the speakers on another computer that you know has sound. If the speakers work then its a sound card driver issue on the original computer. If the speakers don't work on another computer then you know the speakers are bad.
not a expert just trying to help,, you see the speaker on the bottom right side,, right click it and ajust audio properties, click advance on speaker properties and set the system you have,, hope this help you
why dont you have them all hooked up? I have the same speakers but I the model that only has 2 speakers. Try pluging your audio cable in the front where you would plug head phones in. Assuming that this is a desktop.
It should be having onboard sound card, check from Bio's setup whether the Audio is ON. also check in control panel sound and media devices and check the volume maybe it's very very low or on mute. Also try with other speakers
