If you can't take them back to the store, call the company. Just look on the box for the name and look up the number online. If they won't replace your items or sometimes they'll send you coupons to replace the item ... if they won't help you, sign a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org).

My solution - dont buy product associated with Hannah Montana -
I have never had a good experience with products with her name on it or direct dealings with the singer herself - she and her product pyramid have done nothing but constantly disappoint my daughter and myself.
