unplug it.... use a small plastic screw driver or even a metal one if you are careful... pry gently up on one side of the fuse... it should pop out of the holder. when it does... use your fingers to grab the end and pull up. the fuse is replaced by placing it back into the holder and pushing down until each end pops back into the holder

Take it to a repair shop, you pay about the same as a new one. Its too bad that most electronics made today are cheaper to throw away and buy a new one rather than fix them when they break.
