Hi:
The antenna is held down on the roof by 2 or 3 screws, and the antenna wire runs down the inside of the driver's side of the windshield pillar and comes out down by the fusebox, approx by the drivers knee area. When I changed mine, I took the lower plastic from the bottom of the driver's side dash off, so I could see what I was doing. It was only a few screws to get it off. Once I had the antenna lead loose from the back of my radio deck, I tied a piece of string to the end, then taped it in place, then pulled the old antenna out of the roof, pulling the string up with it. I attached the string to my new antenna, and used the string to pull it back down thru the windshield pillar. Fasten down the screws, connect it back to your radio, and you are good to go!
First step is to take out your radio. Unplug the antenna cord from the back of it and tape some fishing line of strong string to the old antenna cord. Unscrew the screws from the antenna housing and pull out the old one. Make sure you keep pulling until the string comes out. Get the new antenna and do everything in reverse. It should take you about 10 - 15 minutes. Its also a good idea to get someone to watch the string under the dash to make sure everything is ok. Good Luck!

90000 Miles on the Timing Belt. Do not let this go! A timing belt failure can cause internal engine problems.
Should cost around 200 or so, depending upon your local labor rates.
Good Luck!
