My medion 95924 keyboard is locked. I am unabe to type my password to access the net or type in a word doc. I've pressed various combinations - function, windows and 'L', being the favourite from help sites but nothing works and I can't access task manager.
Removing or deleting Trusted Devices from the Micosoft account fixed the problem. There were incorrect and incompatible settings from a previous tablet that were disabling the keyboard. From a different computer, sign in to Microsoft account, Overview, Security, Trusted Devices, select the hotlink Remove all the Trusted Devices associated my account. Refresh Windows completely. All fixed. It might be the same with your computer. Good luck.
