You'll get the advice you require and you can download manuals, diagrams and other goodies as well.

AST-2008G: 1,2,3,4 is factory. Hold the unlock on the remote for 5+ seconds. It will then default to factory.

It is still immobilized through the alarm system then.

You turn the key off to on, off to on, off to on;
Leave key in "on" position, then push and hold the little button on the antenna on the windshield - keep holding this button down on the antenna, and you'll hear 5 chirps; then push the unlock button on your remote control (and on your other remote control if you have two), then release the button on the antenna and then turn the car off.
You should be able to lock and unlock your doors now. Then try the starter. Do a Google search, and you'll find more Ultra info including a little video how to program your key fob.
