We have a Konica Minolta C652, is it possible to scan books to a single pdf document?

    The printer itslef scans each page to a seperate pdf file, how do I get it to pause while I turn to the next page so that I end up with only one file for multiple pages?

Hi Potahal,
You can do it straight from the photocopier by using the "Seperate pages" button/option. Then you just keep scanning page after page and chose "Finish" to build all the seperate pages into one pdf.

Yes, however you will possibly need Adobe Acrobat, or a similar program that lets you make pdf files fairly easily. And it will take quite a while to scan in a whole book page by page.

Minolta C300 scan multiple page into single?
when you select scan there is option to change how you want to scan job details such as pdf or tiff, but also as single or multi pages.

Bizhub C652 has horizontal lines.

The hard drive is not turned on. enter service mode ( utility, meter count, details, stop, 0, 0, stop, 0, 1 - this should be pressed in exact succession) then go to system 2 and look for a place where it asks you about all the installed perifferals. Turn the hard drive setting on.

if you are sending jpegs they can only be sent as single page files on this machine. only pdf's and tiffs can be sent as multi page files

I cannot scan a document to a single email
file type is probably set to single page. to set the file type to multi page do the following:
1.press the scan button on the op panel
2.select scan setting
3.select file type
4.select multi page multi page to have the entire scan job sent as a single file.
if you are scanning jpeg as file type they will only scan as single page docs only pdf and tiff can be sent as multi page files

How do you scan to PDF on a Konica Minolta Bizhub 353?
Touch [Fax/Scan] to display the initial screen for fax/scan operations.
Touch [Scan Settings] to specify detailed settings for scanning
In Scan Settings >File Type , select elect the file type for saving the scan data. The following file types are available (PDF,Compact PDF, TIFF, JPEG, XPS, Compact XPS).
Touch [PDF] or [Compact PDF]

In addition, the grouping of the saved data (single PDF or multi-page PDF) and the encryption settings (encryption level, password, document permissions, and other detail settings) can be specified.

You should check the user’s manual for images and more detailed info on how to operate the machine.
