This may be one of the hardest instruction manuals to find because Summer Infant stopped posting on their current website, however; I was able to find an old version of the website that had it... Hope this helps all you Carter's Sleep Haven 4-1 Convertible Crib users!

The copier shows an E013-0001 and "Waste Toner Full" message. The Waste Toner Bottle has been emptied and SW1 is operating properly but the code and the message are still appearing on the display.

Answer :
The counter for the Waste Toner Bottle needs to be reset back to zero in Service Mode.
Enter Service Mode level 1 by pressing * 2 8 *, select Copier > Counters > MISC, then highlight WST-TNR, press Clear - the counter will zero out.
Power off the copier, turn the copier back on, the Waste Toner Full message on the display should clear out.
